April 01: Strawberry and Cream Cake

Has anyone made this cake? Since strawberry season is right around the corner, I just wondered if anyone had tried it, and if so, what did you think about it.

This cake looks fabulous, however I haven't tried it yet. I am interested in some feedback on how good it is and whether it is easy to make.

I can't wait until strawberry season in Oregon so I can make this cake. Unfortunately, I still have a few months left to go. If someone else tries it in the meantime, I'd love to see a review!
