I made this on Saturday and let it sit overnight for the flavors to meld. We ate it last night during the Oscars. Perhaps it was just the sight of Russell Crowe that made everything taste so lovely http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif, but this was really good. So much can be done with it- it's a great base for experimentation. Filling, but not heavy. A very easy last minute dish, too.
