I thought about you this weekend! Did you get a chance to make those cookies? I see there was a positive review for them on the recipe thread.

Thanks for asking, MrsReber, and YES, I did make them. They were FABULOUS!!! I went to the Baker's chocolate website, and they even had posted nutritional information for them (not that I really needed or wanted to see that!). They were very rich and chocolatey, so just one gooey cookie out of the oven was enough to satisfy my chocolate craving for the day. I almost thought they were too rich and maybe a little too chocolatey, but my husband denies that there is such a thing! We had to take them over to share with friends to keep from eating them all!

Thanks for the review. My husband is a chocoholic, too. I bet he'd love these. I toyed with the idea of making them, but now I will have to find the time!

aggie,
Could you please post the Baker's website where you obtained your info?
Thanks...

The recipe and nutritional info are at:
http://www.kraftfoods.com/cgi-bin/recipe-card.cgi?id=21949&org=cb&back=search.cgi%3fmethod%3dAND%26key%3dOne+bowl%26 start%3d0

I'm not sure if the nutritional info included the nuts or not, but I made half the batch without nuts and then added in some nuts for me for the rest of the batch. And even using "scant" 1/4 cupfuls, the batch did NOT make 18 cookies. I think I only got 15, and the last few (with nuts) were pretty small. So my cookies ended up being closer to 300 calories a piece, with almost 20 g of fat each. But they were SOOO good!
