I'm not far from there! Affton.
Any ideas about how it might look? Have you tried anything like it before? I haven't and am open to suggestions.
Want to meet somewhere and talk it over? St. Louis Bread Co. on Lindbergh at Watson? Daytime? Evening?

There currently is at least one supper club in St. Louis.
We are a group of about 8 (membership flucuates) women of all different ages, marital status, careers, neighborhood/suburbs, etc. We would be happy to have more members. We meet once/month--usually on a Sunday evening. We try to pick a date that works for the most of us.
If you're interested in learning more, please email me at jilson41@yahoo.com
If you just want to start your own group--good luck and have fun!

I am still interested and yet Sundays don't work for me - that's family day!
Any interest in a Monday or Saturday? It could even be early on Saturday - something like 4:30 to 8:30?

I'd be interested in a supper club that meets on a Friday or Saturday. I'm in Webster Groves.

Anyone have an idea how long our get togethers would be?
I work Friday and Saturday nights starting at 9:30 pm yet am interested in getting together one of these days if possible.

So I think we're at the: 'somebody needs to take charge' stage to start collecting names, setting up a time, emailing, etc. Any volunteers?

I am still so very interested. After taking a long hard look at my calendar, I don't think it's the right moment to add something to my agenda. I think perhaps I'll visit in on one of the existing groups if they'll allow it and revisit the idea of formally committing in the spring.
Thanks to all and good luck in getting started!!!

No new clubs were started as far as I know. I received email from the existing (primarily Sunday Night group) and hope to join that one after the new year.

Are there currently any St. Louis area cooking clubs in existence?
