Wanted to thank you for all your assistance with importing and exporting to/from Mastercook. There are so many good recipes on the BB I had to know how to get them to My Collection. Also I wanted to be able to export here to answer someones search. I've learned a lot from this BB. It's great!!!!

Sorry, I'm missing something here. I thought I knew how to do this.
I now know what I did wrong!! http://ktkeeper.tripod.com/animal/01snoop.gif
Am I crazy or are these graphics not working on this BB anymore? I went back to some old posts where I know the graphics werethere, and all I see now are the boxs with the "x" in them? I even right clicked on the box, selected show picture and nothing showed up. Under properties, I could see thing "gif" name, but that's it.

Thanks for giving the dancing snoopy a shot. I can at least envision it.

You are most welcome, Jazzcat.

As a new Mastercook user, I know that it can be a bit frustrating at first. And I also know that there are other places where you can find answers to MC questions (on the Sierra/MC website and in the manual, etc.). But it is easier for most of us to ask our questions here. And I am sure other people out there have the same questions (or will have them in the future).

For those of you who need help importing or exporting recipes, there is a recent thread (called yeah for mastercook!) that contains some tips.

And if any of you MC veterans have any corrections or tips you would like add, feel free. I am not even 100% sure that information I gave in the post is the best information. It's just the way that I do it.

Jazzcat,

Good guess, but no, I don't work for Pfizer.

I do have a masters degree in chemistry. I worked in a lab for a while and then I was a high school chemistry teacher for a few years.

Now I work as a chemist at an information (database research) company in Tolland, CT.

Wow. This is what you call way off topic.

Valerie, I see you are from CT. Work for Pfizer by any chance? I just ask because of the "chemist" part of your username. Seriously though, are you a chemist? I almost majored in chemistry but chose pharmacy instead. By the way, I mention Pfizer only because I can see the huge new
facility they are building from where I live. People say it's a great place to work.
