dull granola

I received dull granola this past Christmas. I have saved it, in hopes to someday be brave enough to try and sweeten it up alittle. I don't want to waste whatever I add to it, I don't care so much if I waste the granola.
sure, I can add sugar as I eat the granola, but what about the idea of baking with with maple syrup and brown sugar?
Will it work to rebake it? WHat would be good sweetners to add?

What about adding it to some bread? Or mixing it in with yogurt or sprinkling some on top of cereal for an extra crunch? Or did you get *a lot* of this stuff?
