I made the One-Pan Whiskey-Flavored Pork Chops (pg 88) and they were great. My husband could not believe this was a light recipe.

I also made this recipe and loved it. I happen to know my boss loves pork chops so I e-mailed the recipe to him. He promptly sent it on to his wife and they had it for dinner that night. Neither of them could believe it was a low-fat recipe.
