I wasn't so sure about this, but it was wonderful! The smell of the glaze had my mouth watering way before it was time to eat. It didn't taste real "coffeey" at all. It says it will serve 8 and it should have but it was so good a couple of people pigged out.

I've been wanting to try this one, but I keep on wimping out. I've been hesitating because of the coffee. I can just hear my kids "can't you ever cook anything normal!" But then again maybe they'll like it. They've been surprising me a lot lately with what they'll eat, but still.....see , this is me being wimpy!!lol--Lisa

Don't be wimpy...try it. If my picky 10 year old asked for seconds, yours will like it too.

This was a very good recipe/meal. Very easy to prepare and Terry is right the coffee was not a strong flavor and I used Folger's Rich French Roast. I grilled mine on the Foreman Grill and they turned out great. I made plain rice as a side dish, next time I will make the Barbqued Black Beans that are on the same page. Sounds like a great combination.
