This too is an older CL recipe that I just love to make and as CL does ~ it is a wonderful/beautiful presentation..easy to make! It is in the January/February 1998 issue. The only difficult part is cutting the cake ~ thru the strawberries. I am a lover of California strawberries, they hold their shape & keep longer .. also don't run juices.
