For those interested in the 10,000 steps a day challange, I just found this great website that keeps a daily log of all your steps.
It figures out how many steps you need to take each day to maintain your current weight and how many you need to take in order to lose weight. It also keeps a running total of the steps you've taken and how many miles you've walked since signing up.
