Recently I made some sweet potato biscuits; however I would like to lighten up the recipe by decreasing the amt of butter. I am thinking that the butter is usually calculated in relation to the flour (I could be totally wrong, of course). If I'm using 2 c. of flour, do you think 4 TB of butter is enough or even too much? Thanks in advance for any replies.
