View Full Version : Baking Soda or Baking Powder in Cinnamon Biscotti?

Does anyone know whether the CL recipe for Cinnamon Biscotti calls for 1.5 tsp of baking SODA or 1.5 tsp. of baking POWDER? I've misplaced my recipe, and I think I remember everything else in it...TIA Berurah

W/O knowing which issue it was in I looked up in the '01 Annual, the November issue had a bunch of biscotti recipes. No cinnamon one but all those listed used baking powder not soda. Hope this helps!

Thanks! The biscotti recipes that I make regularly (cappucino, cinnamon, peanut butter, and almond) all call for different things, and some call for both, like the cappucino. I'll see if I can at least find what issue it was in. Thanks for responding. Berurah
