Has anyone tried the fritata recipe in this month's issue. (March? April?, I can't remember)

Anyway, it's part of the feature about what is in a well-stocked pantry and the fritata uses onions and potatoes for a crust, then spinach and eggs in the middle and peppers and feta cheese on top.

I tried to make it and had an awful time getting the eggs to set. The recipe said it would take about 7 minutes, but I had mine on the stove for at least 20 and the eggs were still runny. Any advice?

Im not familiar witht he recipe, but anytime Ive made frittata, it has gone into the oven to set

Did the recipe call for that?

I didn't have a problem getting mine to set. It was runny on top after cooking on the stove, but a few minutes under the broiler got it to set up nicely - though I think I did leave it under the broiler a tad longer than they stated in the recipe. Did you do the broiler part?
