Crab stuffed lobster

Has anyone tried the crab stuffed lobster featured in the September issue. Am thinking of making it and wonder if anyone out there has allready done so. Sure wish Chef Billy would make it for me.

We had the crab stufed lobster last night and really enjoyed it. It was a bit messier food than I usually like to serve for guests but what the heck! it was lobster. If I were to make it agin I would probably up the seasoning a bit in the crab stuffing (My Old Bay was pretty old so maybe that was the problem).

Hi all,.......I made the Crab Stuffed Lobster and thought it was wonderful ! I love lobster, and I love crab...what a terriffic combination. It was easy to make. I would definately make it if I were you.....you will see, you will really like it. AND that Corn Cassrole was scrumptious and went well with it.
