I was channel surfing Sat and stopped on foodtv just as Everyday Italian started. Everything Giada made looked so good, so Sunday we ate "Under the Tuscan Sun".

Chicken Florentine Style
Cannellini Beans w/ Herbs and Prosciutto
and Zuccotto for dessert

Everything was very good, but not light. The beans and proscuitto taste even better today.

I also printed out the recipes after watching that episode and you're right; it did not look 'light'. I am anxious to try the beans. I will use a smaller bean, but the flavorings looked really good.

Thanks for the review AzAnne. I thought the chicken looked great. I will have to make that along with the beans sometime soon.

I made the beans and the chicken while I was in France, and they were both terrific!! My fiancé loved them both. Thanks for posting the review and link. :)
