I am trying to find a bundt pan that is anywhere from 6 to 7". The trouble is I can't find it anywhere. I've looked on various cooking sites and in local stores and it seems that no one sells them.
Does anyone know where I could purchase a smaller than normal bundt pan? T.I.A

I have seem smaller ones, but not sure if they are 6" to 7". I've also seen the ones that are 4 or 6 to a pan - similar to muffin pans, but mini bundt shapes. They are out there, you just have to keep looking. What sites have you tried? www.williams-sonoma.com (http://www.williams-sonoma.com) has some interesting things. How about Martha Stewart's web site. I haven't checked, but I know she has products out (not K-Mart ones).
I just checked williams-sonoma out of curiousity. They had the regular one, and a 12 "loaf" muffin type. Martha has a 6" tube pan, but not bundt. If I see anything, I will post it.

I just received an email about a sale at chefscatalog.com. They have a couple of bundt pans on sale. They don't list the size in inches, but in number of cups. There's a 6-cup that seems like MIGHT be about the right size. My regular-size bundt pan is at least 10-12 cups. If you check that site, go to the Chef's Finale tab, and then choose bakeware.

Hello! I believe the smallest bundt pan available is a 6 cup. YOu also habe the tray of 6 bundlette pan which are 1 cup capacity (so overall you will use the same amount of baking mix as 1 6 cup bundt pan).
Nordic Ware has many types of Bundt pans and even the star bundt pan. You can buy them at Letcher's, Chefs catalog, Sur La Table, W Sonoma or directly try www.nordicware.com (http://www.nordicware.com)
Nordic Ware's 6-Cup (8") Bundt Pan is a smaller version of the larger one. It's the perfect size for baking poundcakes, breads or frozen desserts on a smaller scale. The pan's cast aluminum ensures superior cooking performance and even baking, and the professional hard coat, nonstick surface means the effortless removal of baked goods and easy cleanup.
