I'm certain I made a red pepper/cauliflower chowder that was very creamy and contained a little, well, CREAM cheese. But my search is turning up nothing but a similar one from CL 2001, but that one doesn't look familiar (though I suppose I could just add the cream cheese). Does anyone know what I'm thinking of? :confused:
