Can anyone tell me the difference between being a member of this forum and being a jr. member? Thanks! Berurah

Just 47 more posts and you get bumped up to "Member"! It's the 50 mark that gets you there. Keep going!

How can you tell how many posts you're up to?

to find out how many posts you've posted so far, click on the face and question mark next to you name for your profile, and there you have it.

I made it to "member" in about a weeks time. Like the others have said, "keep going".

Actually, it's kind of embarrassing the way some of us have carried on when we made "Member." I don't think I squealed as loudly over my first date as I did over making Member here! (Of course, that first date was a loooong time ago, so my memory may not serve me accurately....) http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

I discovered another way to see how many posts you've done. You can do a search by putting your username in the search by name box and it will bring up everything you've posted a reply to. I'm at 37 and will now be at 38 after this one. Pretty cool!

For all you junior members, ever get the urge to just post randomly to get that member status. I do, but then I'd feel bad for posting non-informative/non-interesting posts. Of course, that's all in the eye of the beholder.

Wait a minute, is this a frivilous post?
