New Supper Club in Suburban Minneapolis

I am interested in starting a supper club in the Plymouth/Wayzata/Minnetonka area (but all are welcome!).

Let's talk about how to get this going, OK?

Glad to hear there's some interest in a suburban Minneapolis dinner club.

I think I'll give my thread another week to see if there are more responses. From then, we can decide what we want to do. I'd like to hear from m4corgi about her supper club experience next week. Maybe that will give us some ideas.

In the meantime, any suggestions/ideas you have will be most welcome.

For all that are interested in starting up a super club in the western suburbs, lets try to set up a meeting and see what kind of interest there is. Maybe we could meet at a caribou coffee somewhere? Let me know what you all think. It would be really fun to get this thing going.

How about getting together on either Tuesday, Oct. 19 or Thursday, October 21, at 7 PM to meet each other and discuss what we want to accomplish in our group?

Places to meet? Caribou Coffee in Plymouth, by the cinemas and Cub Foods off Vicksburg? Sound OK?

Let me know which evening works best. In the meantime, I'll gather info from the CookingLight website about clubs. Bring lots of ideas to the meeting. I look forward to meeting you.

Let's meet on Thursday, Oct. 21, at 7 PM at the Caribou Coffee just off Vicksburg and Hwy. 55 in Plymouth. For those not familiar with it, it's in a small strip mall across from the Plymouth Cinemas. There's also a Mexican restaurant (maybe a Margarita after the meeting, ladies??)and a Quiznos subs.

Bring ideas. It will be nice to meet you all.

I am so sorry, but a conflict has arisen with October 21.

If you want to go ahead and meet then, I'll understand. The next date I have available is Thursday, November 4, at 7 PM, same location.
Is that OK with you?

Again, I apologize for backing out. I really want to get this off the ground, but something came up I have to take care of.

I think two others plus myself planned to meet on Oct. 21.

I can't make it then, but if you still want to meet and get things rolling, that would be great. I would appreciate hearing the results if you do meet.

I'll also leave the meeting scheduled for Nov. 4 as planned (7PM at Caribou just off Vicksburg). If you all meet Oct. 21, we can cover what was discussed then. If not, we'll try to get organized on Nov. 4.
