Maybe it's just me that's going nuts! I would like to make some of the lasagnas from the new issue. I was reading through them, and became a little confused with the instructions for the Mushroom one in the Goat cheese sauce. The directions call for reconstituting the porcinis in water, and then reducing some of that water to 1/4cup. This is where I get confused. It never says what to do with that reduced liquid. Do you add it along with the wine, or am I just missing something??? I e-mailed CL. They have not answered back yet. Anyone else want to show me the light!!??
