Anyone made 3/01 Indian Shrimp Stir-Fry?

Has anyone tried the Indian Shrimp Stir-Fry from the new March 2001 issue? (Apologies to those who haven't received their issue yet....) I wanted to make it tonight. Lori

I made it Friday night, it was great, easy, made a lot and the kids liked it. I used Light coconut milk, what do I do with the leftover now? One thing I liked about this dish was that it was all microwave, which I have never done before.

i made this tonight and it was wonderful. it felt that i was eating something so sinful! I cooked it all on the stove which was easy to do and fast as well. the only tedious task was peeling the shrimp. Thank goodness for my "shrimp tool"
