New women's supper club in central Denver?

Anyone interested in putting together a women's supper club in central Denver? I love to cook, share recipes and entertain on occasion. I have two children off to college and would really like to connect with others nearby who also share a love of cooking light! I am thinking about 6-8 times per year with themes such as country or type of cuisine. Let's be creative with barbeque supper's and picnics in the summer, great parties for the holidays, nice comfort food suppers in the dead of winter, and brunch outdoors in the spring.
