I was thinking of making the Strawberry Cream Cake for Easter Dessert. Any ideas would be greatly apprciated. Thank you Matt

Have you seen the April CL issue yet? I got mine yesterday and the "Lighten Up" feature is a Strawberry Cream Cake- it looks fabulous! Let us know how it is...

Chels' review was not very good, but it sounds like the only review of this cake so far. Maybe take it for a test-drive first. And PLEASE post a review if you decide to make it. As you'll read, I was very disappointed to read a bad review of this cake since I thought it looked fabulous and couldn't wait to try it. I hope to hear that yours came out differently!
