Dried Mushroom Question

I'm not an expert, but since they are well sealed, and they are dried, I'm not sure what can go wrong with them. Maybe they may be less flavorful, but other than that, not sure. Perhaps someone else can tell you more.

The shelf-life (for optimal flavor) of dried mushrooms is usually around 24 months -- so your mushrooms should still be in great condition. Go ahead and enjoy! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif

I have a Ziploc bag full of dried mushrooms that has been in my cabinet for about 13-14 months. Are they still good or should I toss them?
