Review: Speedy Southern Supper: Panfired Catfish with cajun tartar sauce, Cider-Mustard slaw, corn bread.I added Southern Fried potatoes (from SL) I felt that it was very good. I used Emeril's Essence for the cajun spice on the fish. The Cajun tartar sauce complimented the spicyness of the fish. The tast of the cider coleslaw was really different taste to me, but it was good with the fish. I should have cooked the fish a little longer, not much tho.( According to my DH) Rated: VERY GOOD
