I love gingerbread.
Wondering if I can bake it in different pans - a small bundt pan ??
or loaf pan ?

The recipe says 9x9.

Just bumping this up for you. If it more of a bread than a cake, I don't see why it can't be done in a loaf pan. Just allow extra time for baking.

Are you talking about the blueberry gingerbread? If so, I would stay with the 9x9. YOu may have a little trouble getting that one out of a bundt pan. BTW, we really liked it. It does have a prominent ginger taste.

Cathy, I think she meant a loaf pan as in 9x5 or 8x4 (whatever the sizes are) and not a bundt pan. I can't see it being difficult to remove from there. But then, I haven't tried the cake.
