ISO this yummy pasta recipe please!

i'm looking for this italian pasta recipe these are the ingredients that i know are in it:

penne pasta
bacon
potatoes
rosemary

that is all i can tell so far but it was soooooooo delicious!!!

anyone know anything like this?

Do you remember where you ate it or saw the recipe...was it a resturant or a magazine? Was it hot or cold? Was it creamy? Just asking so I can narrow the search.
