The first time I ever made pudding. I have been having tooth problems and had to live on mashed potatoes, peanut butter, tomato juice and pudding for 2 days. (Yes, just a couple of days after getting my April CL! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/frown.gif ) I was gobbling the Hunts $1 for 4 pudding packs and thought I could do better (financially and taste-wise).

This is extremely easy and fast. I would recommend sifting your cocoa if it is lumpy. I thought my lumps would mix out, but they didn't and now I have pockets of cocoa dust in my pudding! I preferred this warm to cold.
