I am too excited.
We were all invited to the President's Challege at work the other day & I finally checked it out on line. As a govn't employee I'm encouraged to participate against other government departments & so I thought I'd increase the department's points goal by adding my name to it.
Here's the deal: The web page is http://www.presidentschallenge.org/
You can register and then after you register, you can go into the site on a daily basis & log your activities. This allows you to then see your progress and work towards tougher goals. Also,you can see how you are doing compared with others (by age, geographic location, group, etc., etc.).
It's a great fun way for me to see my workouts over the long-term. You also have the option of joining a group. If you join a group, you can see how you are doing compared to others on your team & see how your team is doing on a whole. I created a team for the message boards called CookingLight.
You will need the following group id number in order to sign up for it if you are interested: 23249
