Any Reviews on Pasta Salad w/Shrimp APRIL!!

I'm wondering if anyone has tried the Pasta Salad with Shrimp, Peppers & Olives that is in April 2001 issue? I'd like to make it for a fast weeknight meal...also, what would be served with it?

I was eyeing this one too! It looks great. THis would be one of those one bowl meals for us then maybe dessert.

Is that the one with the tortellini? If so, Grace reviewed it not too long ago and gave it a thumbs up. try searching for the thread.

I can't find that old thread, but I made this salad tonight and thought it was wonderful, especially considering it was so easy. I really enjoyed it and will definitely make it again.

I made a couple of minor changes to the recipe, though... Used garlic powder instead of cloves, as I didn't feel like pressing tonight (give me a break, it's Friiiiday), omitted the peas cause DH doesn't like them, and didn't cook my shrimp cause we had the pre-cooked frozen ones on hand--just thawed them before using.

Yum!! Quick, easy, and yummy--can't beat that.
