Aside from your regular steamed, boiled sprouts with a little butter s & p - does anyone have a recipe that could make these little gems palatible to those who find them offensive? They are just so packed with good things, but to many they can't get past the taste - thanks - Lena http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

Lena -
I must confess that I'm not a big brussel sprouts eater, but am thinking about giving them another shot.
Here are are a couple of threads that talk about brussel sprouts:

Hope this helps. There may be more recipes, you might try to do a search for brussel sprouts recipes.

Just wanted to bump this up for Lena, and add that the three recipes on these two threads are wonderful -- I use them all frequently. Obviously I'm a big Brussels sprouts fan, but if you're trying to get past a dislike for them, I would try the Glazed recipe first; it has the most flavor-cloaking abilities, in my opinion http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

Brussel Sprouts are also good roasted in the oven. Leave whole or slice in half, sprinkle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and roast at 400 for 20-3- minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
