Peppercorn Flank Steak -9/98 I felt it was gritty from the peppercorns and had a very strong wine taste, otherwise, not much flavor.
Two-Cheese Scalloped Potatoes -11/98 Way too watery and the cheeses just sort of "glopped" around in spots.

Now I am off to bake cookies. I sure hope they turn out better than last nights dinner.
