Has anyone tried the Spring Vegetable Lasagna from CL April 2001 (I know many of you have not received this issue yet, but thought I would check)? I love to grill vegetables in this grill basket I have when my husband grills meat or chicken on the grill. I was thinking about grilling the vegatables before adding them to the lasagna. Would someone who is more experienced than me in making vegetarian dishes, give me their opinion on this idea.
