Don't you love those menus at the back of our magazine? I am always looking for go togethers and this was our Asian experience for the evening! I hope that everyone who finds good combinations will take the time to post them as I think it will be a real time saver to a lot of us!
I thought the 3 recipes I put together worked so I wanted to share them with you. My March magazine went AWOL - Kim, the gremlins were at my house!
Baked Salmon with a Green Onion Garnish Oct '99
Orange-Glazed Acorn Squash Nov/Dec '97
Sesame Asparagus with Garlic (reader recipe)
I served basmati rice underneath the salmon and topped with green onion. Bon Appetit!
