I hate to beat a tired horse, but I reread all the old threads and didn't see an answer to this. I want to make the dough, precook it some, and freeze it...okay so far. Heres my question- do I need to thaw out the frozen crust or, since it has already had some cooking time, just load it up and cook it?

Does anybody keep ready to go pizza crust stacked in their freezer?

Absolutely. Just load it up and bake it. I think that unless you're a real whiz, it is somewhat thawed by the time you've finished loading it anyway. If I had room in my freezer, I would absolutely keep a supply of "par" baked pizza crusts. I wish I had one in there right now so I could fix one tonight.
