Despite all of the wonderful looking veggie lasagne recipes in the April issue, Emdg's recipe was calling my name yesterday http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/tongue.gif .
I was unable to find canned broccoli soup at my grocery store so I used 2 packages of the Knor cream of broccoli soup and used non fat milk in it.
Because I was lazy and Emeril says that you don't have to http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif, I didn't pre-cook the noodles. Because of this and the fact that the broccoli soup didn't seem thick enough, I added another 15 minutes to the baking time and let it sit for about 15 minutes after taking it out of the oven. My roomie and I loved it and I cannot wait for dinner tonite as I'm sure that it will be even better. Next time, I may add garlic and use more mushrooms-but that's just me. Thank you Emdg for posting this, it was great!!
