Yea, it's Friday! This has been my most consistent week of workouts in a LOOONNNGG time. Thanks everybody for participating, and I hope it is helpful for you, too.

This morning I just finished 1000 steps on my stepper + some handweights work. I also took the dog for his morning walk.

So what did you do?

Remember: Don't post it 'til it's done! :)

Half hour on the elliptical!!! 4 days out of 5 for me.

35 minutes on the treadmill - 3.3 miles! Legs still sore from weight class yesterday- ouch! No weights today.

40 minutes jump rope
33 minutes yoga

15 on stationary bike with hand weights
45 min on treadmill
15 min on elliptical

30 min on elliptical
25 min upperbody strength

45 min. in the pool(~1 1/2 miles)
45 min. Thai kickboxing class

That's the usual Mon.-Friday rut...I mean routine!;)
Sat. and Sunday is 30 min. biking and whatever we do together as a family(swimming, walking in the woods etc...)

One more here!

Walked the dog, walked to lunch and back.

Then went to wine tasting event with old work pals and promptly undid all the benefits of walking!)
