View Full Version : William Sonnoma Job
I need to get a part time job to help with the family expenses. I was wondering do any of you know if William Sonnoma is a good place to work for and what kind of benefits they have. I am trying to figure out who to work for.

Make sure, as part of your decision, that it is somewhere YOU want to work. I'd image that you would enjoy working there if nothing other than how much you like cooking. There are times when top dollar may be the best choice but not always, and maybe not now. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif Good luck!
I'm sure Kim will reply when she sees this. Try to find something you can enjoy and that will strech your horizons, but make sure you can have a schedule that lets you deal with school and other demands. You may even have some skills that you can put to work for yourself; someone my husband talked to recently was telling him that they have a high school student who comes in and does computer trouble shooting and stuff for them after school. No benefits (except the experience and some contacts), but they are paying him $35/hr. Good luck.

My only problem with working there would be that I would spend my whole paycheck before it made it to the bank! Good luck in your decision.

Matt, Its a VERY good company to work for! I suppose it depends on the manager, but I was very lenient in scheduling people to fit their needs.
If you decide to try for it, jut be sure you dont spend your whole paycheck on "stuff". It would be soooo easy to do!
Email me if you have any other questions!
