Our office is having a bake sale tomorrow. I plan on making banana bread and would like to bake it in muffin form rather than a loaf pan. There shouldn't be a problem with this, right? I assume I'd just reduce the baking time, but what about the temperature? Thanks for any help.

I do this from time to time, and I do not change the baking temp. I DO adjust the baking time as muffins bake more quickly than loaves.
