Hi everyone, i have two questions can i sub rubbed sage to go with the pork chops? Second I am planning to make the butternut squash, i am wondering how is the best way to cut it and cube it.
I know squash can be a pain in the neck. any tips or ideas would be great.
Thanks

Matt - stab the squash a few times with a good sturdy knife, then nuke it, whole, for about 5 minutes. It's much easier to peel that way! (Let it cool before you decide to handle it though)

I used rubbed sage and they turned out great, albeit a tad salty. Watch the type of kosher salt you use and adjust accordingly.
