I made the potato patties, apple buttermilk coffee cake and apricot muffins and they were all wonderful!! (I may not have listed the exact title-I don't have my magazine with me) I added some cajun seasoning to the potato patties and they were great. Enjoy!

Loved the apple buttermilk coffeecake!... I didnt think the glaze would work, or be enough ... my DH gives it a 8 1/2
