I have two questions for anyone that has made the Antipasto Kabobs. I am planning to make these for a party on Saturday.
Did you use the refrigerated fresh tortillini or frozen?
What is your favorite Italian dressing to use for this recipe?
Thanks,
Karen

I just made these a few weeks ago for a party and they were a big hit! I used fresh tortellini and Seven Seas Fat-Free Zesty Italian.
Good luck, they're great!

I made these fora big party last year and used fresh tortellini (bought it at Sam's club since I made alot) and I think I used Ken's Steakhouse Italian dressing but I can't be sure on that. I probably used low-fat but not fat-free. They're yummy and fill people up!

I made these and they were a big hit. I used fresh pasta with Paul Newman's dressing. YUMMY!

I used the dry tortellini that comes in the bag, Barilla brand, I believe. I used these only because they are not as huge as the fresh ones and since I had the tortellini, olives, genoa salami and two cheeses on mine, they actually worked out better fitting on the toothpick skewer. By the time you marinate them in the dressing, they have more of a "dressing" taste than the actual tortellini taste, IMO.
