Iodine Free Recipes?

Does anyone have experience cooking for someone on an iodine-restricted diet? I could really use some good recipes!

Just curious.. is this for a thyroid cancer patient? There is a website for thyroid cancer patients (www.thyca.org) that contains a low-iodine cookbook. You can access it on the left side of the homepage. I personally found the message boards on that site to be filled with an incredible amount of misinformation and nasty people, but I found the cookbook to be helpful.
