Did 20 minutes of yoga EARLY this AM. Now I am off to work a 12 hour shift. (I am sure that will get me plenty of walking!!!)

What did you do today?

45-50 minutes on the eliptical trainer (resistance set at 10). I lost track of time because I was reading a magazine. The machine had stopped and I kept going.

half hour on the elliptical plus some leg weight work - squats, lunges, and lifts with dumbbells.

Took a 45 minute treading class at the gym during lunch.

Well, just as I was getting started in my new program I now have a neck/back injury so I will be out for a couple of days at least. Darnit, Saturday and Sunday are the days I always get to the gym. Tomorrow I am supposed to start a women's weightlifting class but since I can't lift I'm just going to go watch for technique. :(

Oh well, hopefully I can rejoin you guys mid next week.

Good job everyone! I thought I would get a lot of walking in at work today. RUNNING was more like it! Thanks goodness it's the weekend.

Robyn, I hope you take it easy this weekend and let yourself recover from your injury.
