Favorites from 1996

For my birthday this past weekend my in laws bought me the Cooking Light Annuals for 1997, 1998 and 1999. I was so excited. I have been a reader since the end of 1997, so I am pretty familiar with the recipes in the 1998 and 1999 books. Does anyone have any favorites from 1996? The 1997 annual has recipes from the 1996 magazines (FYI - for the newbies). Thanks in advance!

The 1997 Annual is very good. I recommend:

Greek Style Scampi pg. 106

The chicken enchilada casserole is a lot of work, but is very good.
