Wanted to share a yummy grilled dinner.....

We grilled polenta, then put black beans, grilled tomaotes and parmesan cheese on it. We also had grilled asparagus and grilled onions...see a theme here?

It was really good!

Mmmmmm, sounds good Kim! I can't wait to drag our grill out and fire it up. We put it in the shed this winter which was a good move because we got buried with snow. I think it might be safe to say no more snow this winter but living in New England who knows!!!!
