Terry, can you tell us more about the taste?

i made these last night. The main flavor is fresh orange. I know that sounds wierd with mushrooms but it worked. I would only use shallots in this recipe, i was tempted to use green onions because i had no shallots. so i went out to get them at the store. I wish i could have marinated them longer though.
