Where does one find the recipe for that chocolate cake on the home page? Is it just a sample of bad fats? If so, what a tricky thing-I can't stand looking at it anymore? HELP?????

OK, you piqued my interest. I went on a search for choclate cakes from CL articles on the Homepage and got this:
http://www.cookinglight.com/recipefinder/recipe.asp?rid=11008
And it called for a chocolate glaze but gave no instructions. So I did a search the same way for chocolate glaze but no results. Not sure if it's the cake but it is baked in one 9" layer...

That's a picture of the chocolate walnut cake from the April '01 issue. It's on page 212. I think the one sneezles posted looks better though.

Linda,
There's walnuts in that cake? Did you make the cake and remember the picture?
Thanks for the research sneezles- I have got to make that cake!

Linda is correct. The chocolate cake is pictured on the first page of the Fats article in the April 01 issue. It's a big picture, you can't miss it. And it does have walnuts in it.
