Excellent!! My kitchen smelled exotic and mouth-watering while this cooked. We loved this. Takes a little while to make, cause of the step of infusing the broth (is that the right words?) But that could be done ahead if you needed to get it together quickly right before serving. This will be a repeater here.

It's a "light" soup, not filling enough for a main course (IMHO). I served it along side the Pork and Squash Stir-Fry from the same article.
