I tried a search to see if anyone has started a Chanukah/Christmans/Kwanza Gift package exchange.

I participated in one this past sping/summer and it was quite enjoyable?

Sorry, I had been away or I would have been monitoring this closely. For all first-timers: this is one of our chances to "meet" someone from the board by exchanging packages with them. As was mentioned before, when you recieve your swap partner's name, contact him or her and give a brief description of your likes and dislikes, allergies, kids and spouse or lack thereof, region of the country you're from, and which holiday you'll be celebrating. We usually try a $15-20 limit on the package (not necessarily including shipping), but most of us manage to go over--and that's ok! Just work it out with your partner,

Since we're already deep into November, I'm gonna say let's have all our names in by Turkey Day, and I'll post the list and do the emails the following Sunday.

OK, now since we've had several of these swaps before, do y'all want to email me with the names of members you've already swapped with so we avoid duplication (I'm not sure I can remember all of mine :rolleyes: ) or let the chips fall where they may? If you like, you can tell me the area of the country you'd like to swap with.

Susan - last year (or last time anyway - it might have been earlier this year) Sarah organized the swap and she put together a spreadsheet of everyone who was participating and who they had swapped with before so we'd most likely get new swap partners.
